If you order before 1pm, your order will be dispatched the same day. We use a variety of couriers depending on the size, value and destination of your order including Royal Mail, myHermes, Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce.
We will continue to accept orders on the website throughout any long holiday period such as Christmas, New Year, Long Bank Holidays. Your orders will be picked, packed and ready for and will be dispatch the next working day after holiday season.
Our standard delivery orders will normally get delivered in 2-3 working days. However, you have the option to have your ordered deliverd to you the next day by choosing our next day delivery option in checkout.

Do I have to pay additional delivery costs because I live in a remote location?
We do not charge extra for delivery, no matter where you live in the UK, although express shipping is not always available to remote areas. Some shipments may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic or other factors. In those cases, we always aim to minimise inconvenience and keep you informed.
Nyxi does not accept or ship to any country outside of the United Kingdom.
Returns
Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. You will have received a pre-paid postage label on your receipt please use this when returning goods.
Non-Faulty or wrongly ordered Goods: We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered for exchange/refund, these items must be returned to us in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. A Postage and restocking fee will be charged for any unwanted or wrongly ordered items.
