Nyxi 3 Tier Natural Slate Cake Stand

It is value for money. Not posh, but then decorations using the afternoon tea food made it fit for purpose. Just be careful as edges are fragile.

Bought this for a cheeky afternoon lockdown tea and it was perfect. Perfect size perfect style 😊 will look perfect displayed on the dresser in my french cottage.

Really pleased with mine for the money. Bought for cheeses and nibbles on Boxing Day to match some other slate servers I have. I think it’s cute and effective.

It’s a very good 3 tier stand. The slate plates are good quality and the rubber washers provide a very good support to hold all 3 tiers together. The black of the slate creates a fantastic contrast with the food items.

We have used this cake stand on and off for over a year now, it’s very easy to assemble and the slate looks great. It’s just a shame the cakes don’t last very long in this house.Great value for money though as it looks really nice built up. No problems recommending this at all

This is obviously quite heavy because of the slate plates, it’s going to be a good sturdy cake stand but I’d say be aware that the edges can be brittle and crumble slightly, making it sharp in places. Overall I’d recommend this product if you wanted something different from the flowery patterns they usually come in. I shall be using mine for a Christmas themed afternoon tea on Christmas Eve.

Looks very nice and modern, but not very sturdy compared to a ceramic or porcelain one. However, it’s not a big deal as you’re only supposed to put sandwiches and cakes etc. Overall, a good investment so far.

For the price it’s a good afternoon tea/cake stand. It looks the part, the slate is thick and holds any cake/ food items you may want to put on it. The screw pieces that hold the 3 tiers together aren’t the highest quality and the edges of the slate can chip off (this does affect the aesthetic as it has a rough edge but it’s annoying and the pieces can be sharp). All in all I’d say for the price it’s a good stand, However there’s definitely better quality items if you’re happy to pay more

Easy to assemble

It’s not sturdy at all. When put together it’s quite lobsided. Needed for VE Day otherwise I roils have retuned

Attractive stand, easy to put together, quite sturdy but would refrain from anything heavy.

Heavy item. Cushioned pads on base which was good otherwise it would mark/scrape surface. Good value.

Slightly unsure on robustness of connecting rods but this may be because family cake stand had solid brass rods
