Nyxi 3 Tier Cake Stand White Ceramic Square Plates - Gold Crown Fittings

Lovely Cake Stand Afternoon Tea White Ceramic Square Plates 3 Tier Cake Stand Porcelain Display with New Gold Crown Fittings. Beautiful easy to set up and looks gorgeous!

This cake stand is porcelain and strong to use at dinner parties or entertaining people on a get to togetherIt’s easy to put together and take down after use as well as wipe clean after each useOnly down side was it came dirty so nope it’s just in transport and not been used but did wash and clean it being being used and is fine now

The ceramic plates feel weighty and of decent quality. They have a thin gold stripe on the edge which gives these a unique look and tie the gold handle into the stand design nicely. The handle and other fixtures are made of metal, painted gold. The handle feels secure when fully assembled but ensure its all tightened up before using. It's a nice stand that comes with everything you need from washers to protect the plates to the screw for the base. However, when you look beyond the surface you'll find signs of a poorly finished product that looks rushed. The metal handle and height sticks have the edge seam very visible and it hasn't been smoothed prior to painting gold. The underside where the screw fits isn't smooth either, with a lumpy texture and one of the sticks (I forgot to photograph) initially had a small piece of metal obstructing the socket the screw goes into. It required some elbow grease to get it to fit and this shouldn't be the case.Overall not a bad piece but definitely not for value for money. I don't think this is a cost effective piece at the current offer price of £14.97. It looks rushed and poorly made in places which let's this stand down. It's still a functional stand and looks good at a glance so if you are not particular about the finer details of the finish then this could be an affordable choice though I still feel it's a touch overpriced.

I needed a quick classic tiered stand for my mum's afternoon tea with her friends, and though I was tempted to get one of the more floral ones, this one seemed like it'd suit more occasions, plus I liked that it was square, not round (very 1930's-style)It came flat-packed, as all these do. I did have to take a file to the underside of all the upright cast pieces, where they come into contact with the plates, as they all had substantial burrs on them that would at best have caused poor, uneven contact and wobbliness, and at worst, if I'd ever over-tightened one, have broken the plate with their sharp points. Literally a five minute job, and the metal is so soft you can do it with a nail file, but worth checking, before you try to tighten it all together. I actually also super-glued the soft washers into their places on the metal struts too, as I can see me losing them very quickly, as it gets disassembled each time for washing and storage. And you really do need them, to help stabilize the whole thing. The plates feel a little on the fragile side in terms of the sound they make when they clatter on placing them one on the other, if you know what I mean, but on the other hand they haven't broken yet, so it may just be their sound.Tightened, it looks very nice. It is a little scary tightening it, to find that sweet-spot between making it sturdy and wondering if you're going to crack a plate, but whilst it's not the sturdiest thing is the world, especially fully-loaded, it's not going to come apart or topple over either. As I said, it adds a nice old-style touch of class to a table. The plates are a good size, and can comfortably hold a lot of sandwiches and pastries. My mum was very happy with it, and it can be disassembled and stored with ease, which is great. For the price you're paying (£15 when I bought this), you're getting a lot. So yes, recommended.

Easy to put together. The finishing does have room for improvement. However, once set up, looking nice and tall for those cakes, sweets and sandwiches. The porcelain plates are just lovely but let down but support and handle.Still pretty good value for money at only £14.97 IMO.

I like this Cake Stand, the design is elegant and very nice, I like the mix of white and gold. The size is perfect and is super easy to assemble, and when disassembled, does not take up much space. It is lovely and good for my family breakfast, or just to place the fruits at home.

Arrived well packaged and with fast delivery a beautiful cupcake stand made of porcelain. The plates are white with golden kn the margins and golden metal handle.Perfect for my kids parties.Comes with instructions but it's very easy to assemble without using the booklet.I would highly recommend it.

This is so pretty and it was easy to put together for sure it sits nicely on the table I love it

Not the more attention to detail finish, but does the job if seeing from a distance.Where all the goodies is the centre of attentions, and this 3 tier does help to make everything looks good.Nice ceramic square-ish plates with rounded edges. One for the afternoon tea and parties.Good price at £15.

This is a great quality 3 tier cake stand or afternoon tea display stand with enough room for sandwiches, scones and fancies!!! Or it could be used for a cupcake display at a party.Really good quality ceramics and is really easy to assemble as well!Great value and happy to recommend x

This cake stand 36CM tall features three porcelain tears graduated in size from 28CM to 23CM to 18CM at the top. Arriving boxed, it would be very suitable for gifting. With gold tone fittings and rims to the edges of each tier, I got this as it will tone in very well with a white, gold rimmed dinner service I have. The three tiers look great and are extremely versatile for afternoon teas, savoury spreads or cakes. I've had a couple of tiered stands from the Nyxi brand, which I love. Like this one, they can be quickly assembled and disassembled again for storage if you're short on space. This one even comes with a dedicated mini screwdriver. The stand is also very versatile. You can use it as you wish that just have one or two tiers if that better suits your requirements. Well made, this is a practical cake stand that also looks good. Not only is it space saving when taken apart to store away, assembled with three tiers the footprint this takes up is much smaller than that of three individual plates. Stylish - and at a very reasonable price point too.
