Ordered it as second dehumidifier for our Victorian home that struggles with damp. We have a more powerful unit upstairs but we started airing clothes in front of the fire over Winter to cut down on tumble dryer costs, so made sense to have one in the room the clothes were drying.Cannot fault it's ability to collect moisture, and it's so quiet than other unit. You could easily watch TV/have a conversation with it running, it's not at all invasive. It doesn't use that much energy - which current costs, it's approx 6-7p an hour. The tank is large enough for our purposes, but tricky to empty when full. It would benefit from a handle to carry the full tank, so there's less sloshing, but maybe that's just me being a clutz.Highly recommended.

This dehumidifier is of good size with a capacity of 12L per day. Its not too big but of average size however bit heavy. Casters makes it easy to move it. You can set it to either continuous drainage using the supplied pipe or manual emptying tank. It shuts off when the tank is full. It got 3 modes and 24 hour timer. Cloth drying mode also effective and helps to dry clothes much faster. Overall a powerful device.

Seller and product 5 star. Courier (Evri) appalling! 3 times recently I have had odd messages from them to say that they were unable to deliver - no reason given but it transpired they did not declare it as an Amazon sale with Jersey Customs. (Amazon automatically add Jersey GST tax on to the purchase price to avoid delays to delivery caused by individuals having to make a declaration)

Dehumidifier removes moisture really efficiently, happy with my purchase

Just leave it on on it does it’s stuff

Good product and simple to use. A bit basic but does all you need. Well made

This looks really nice and is really quiet, socks up the condensation and stops when needs emptying

This is a small but powerful unit it’s so easy to use and really works well, I have had others before and would only ever use this one now.

Dose the job I need it to do gets the dam out my room night mode wow my sleep has improved skin quality from the moisture in the room the ability to control what you can set it to fantastic

It’s good price and quality and mechanically works very well. It seems to be quite robust and looks nice. It dries laundry and damp air fast, shows you the air humidity, and can be trundled about into another room if needed. It’s also very quiet, and has an air filter. As an asthmatic I can feel the air difference in the room when it’s been running. However! There are a few little issues: It did not come with any instructions in the box, and I am still figuring out the controls, especially the timer, if there is one. Maybe there’s a download online somewhere? If the tank gets completely full it can overflow a bit when you pull it out. But if you quickly sit an absorbent cloth where the tank was, that solves this problem. The lead could be longer. Also, when you push the tank back in, there’s a loud click that makes you think you might be breaking something - but it’s actually fine. In spite of these issues it works so well that I would still recommend it.

Thought I had rising damp ! Quoted 1400 to inject walls and take plaster off ! Advised to buy a dehumidifier ! My walls are all bone dry I now use to dry washing on the maiden ! Cheaper than using a dryer 😄

The product was easy to empty and reasonably quiet in use . We bought it to help dry clothes inside on an airer in the winter and stop condensation while doing so

Have moisture in the air in my house, esp the bedroom, clothes and bedding always feeling damp and horrible, the humidifier sorted it out! Quiet, bit heavy, but filled the compartment with water from the air in a few hours! Definitely recommend!!! 5*s.

It is very good but if you can't fit the continuous drain pipe you will need to do a lot of emptying it only holds 2 litres of water

Noise level is low, you can barely notice is there, low energy consumption and has helped a lot when having to dry clothes during cold weather, easy to move around and can be connected to drainage hose if needed, has really helped reduce dump and mild around the house. Definitely worth the money!

The Mrs has set this up in the untility room where she dries the clothes. It's not as noisy as some make out so I wouldn't let that worry you. It does need emptying every day as the water tank is only 2 litresunit is portable and easy to manoeuvre, display function is bright and cleara perfect machine for removing moistureHighy recommended

While smaller and lighter than my old dehumidifier which only works 'sometimes' I decided to go for this as it seemed a good match for my requirements. The display and controls seem ok - fan noise is quieter than I expected but didnt vary on fan speed. Main and only drawback is that it isn't drawing out as much water as my old unit.

This looks and sounds like quality. My only negative is the size of the water tank but I empty it every morning.Apart from that, it’s a great machinr

PortableEasy to setup and use.Filters moisture out of the air very wellGood size water catch tank too that is easy to emptyVery pleased works well in the utility room.

Powerful, quiet portable dehumidifier. This is a great dehumidifier, I love how easy it is to move it around. I've been using this in my utility room and it has sped up the drying of my clothes dramatically. The machine is really quiet. Really good value for money.

Brilliant dehumidifier, it creates a bit of noise however it’s by far the quietest one I’ve had, so for me it’s on the quieter side which is brilliant, it kind of blends in with background noise. We have a 3 bed house not far from the beach so we end up quite humid, also the master bedroom (our bedroom) doesn’t have heating which creates a damp smell with too much moisture, we left the dehumidifier in our bedroom yet the whole upstairs has improved. Takes a day to dry clothes which is really good and better than using a tumble dryer as it’s cheaper and more efficient. Fantastic at removing all the extra moisture from the air, big difference. Highly recommend.

It’s very quiet and efficient. I live in an old farmhouse and upstairs has no heating so bedrooms, when cold have a damp atmosphere. This dehumidifier is great at taking excess moisture out of the air. Highly recommended.

This is the 3rd Dehumidifier I've bought. The first and ecoair is noisy and manages to support the upstairs of my house or the room it's in but great for drying washing as it warms and dries. The second was a smaller one I got just to help the ecoair. It again was noisy and didn't do a lot to the humidity.I will say we have a standard 3 bed semi block construction in humid Cornwall.I decided to give this unit a whirl even though it didn't have many reviews yet. We've been really impressed. It clears the whole house and keeps the humity at around 50% in every room. The best bit it's not to noisy. It sounds more like a fridge than a fan so it's not a annoying sound. I can work next to it quite happily on full speed. I've uploaded a video being right next to it so you a hear the different speeds. Its very easy to set up and the instructions where fine. Id definitely recommend!

Got it for my little bro as had dump issue. Works like magic.

Fantastic item, drys a full load of clothes including towels in 7-8 hours at a fraction of the cost of using a tumble dryer, wish i'd brought one years ago!

As someone who has struggled with excessive moisture in my home, I was excited to try out the 12L Home Dehumidifier. After using it for several weeks, I can confidently say that it is a great investment for anyone dealing with dampness in their living space. I highly recommend it.

Although I bought this via another platform not Amazon, I have been using it for amonth now. is a powerful and effective appliance for removing excess moisture from the air. Very energy efficient. I have used it dry clothes and they work like magic. Also, air quality improved a lot. Highly recommend.
