First use: run it empty on a high heat for around 10 minutes with the room aired - new ovens can give off a light smell the first time.
The French doors: both doors swing clear of the opening, so you can slide trays in and out without reaching over hot glass.
Rack position matters: higher for browning and crisping, middle for even baking - the video shows which slot suits which mode.
Cleaning: let it cool, then wipe the interior and wash trays and racks in warm soapy water - a quick wipe after each cook keeps it showroom-shiny.
