Returns
Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. You will have received a pre-paid postage label on your receipt please use this when returning goods.
Non-Faulty or wrongly ordered Goods: We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered for exchange/refund, these items must be returned to us in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. A Postage and restocking fee will be charged for any unwanted or wrongly ordered items.
You can cancel your order on the same day before 12pm. Otherwise we may dispatch you order. In case if you are unable to inform us on time and the order is already dispatched, the only way to cancel your order is to wait until you receive the items and then sending them back to us to get the refund for the total amount of product/s. Postage cost will be deducted.
