Nyxi 11-Fin Oil Filled Heater 2500W with Remote Control (Black, Model 3904)

The overall quality of this 'Nyxi' oil filled radiator appears to be good, and it's relatively easy to operate with the manual controls, with precise control over the temperature settings, there's also an additional remote control included. The radiator has a useful 24 hour programmable timer, but do bear in mind that due its size, it's ideally suited for smaller rooms, and it will more than likely struggle to maintain a comfortable temperature in larger areas.

Good oil heater that heats up reasonably quickly, looks smart, was easy to put wheels on, don't require any tools, just hand tighten wing nuts, although wheels aren't smooth when moving heater, makes a bit of a racket when moving on laminate floor, remote easy to use when learn to understand controls, increase/decrease heat to desired level and thermostat will keep it at the temperature, can also use 1 - 24 hour to automatically switch off.1 downside is you can't use a smartsocket to turn it on in the morning as although the power will come on..it won't switch on to last heat setting...instead wait for you to press the display or remote, thats unfortunate as i have other heaters that come on themselves in the morning to heat the place up before i get up.Overall its a good quality oil heater that once heated up makes no noise and can reach really high temperatures. Good value.

This is a stylish and practical oil heater. The wheels have to be attached and it is worth pointing out that there are 2 nuts and 2 bolts but 4 holes. So it looks like 2 of each are missing. After searching through the box and checking the heater I realised that there are 2 bolts on one end of the heater already so you just need the 2 nuts to secure the wheels, whilst the other end you need the 2 bolts. once assembled it is easy to move around. It comes with a remote control but can also be controlled on the heater itself. It is really easy to set the temperature and timer. The instructions are easy to follow too. It heats up really quickly and is great for small rooms. It cools down quite slowly so you will continue to get the benefit from it for a while longer. I am really pleased with it and am happy to recommend it.

A good effective oil heater which also maintains heat for a decent while after turning it off.The heater warms up quickly and has three heating levels. The heater has a remote as well as onboard touch panel buttons to control how the heating works as well as setting the temperature for the radiator to heat the room to before regulating itself to turn on and off as required. The radiator does work well at heating my 4.5m x 4.5m room well and quickly, with the only down side being that you cannot see when the radiator is actually heating up vs when idle/ off.Assembly is easy to just add the roller wheels to the radiator and the wheels roll well, making the moving of the radiator very easy. The radiator heats from the bottom upwards and the blade do well at dissipating the heat well. There is a timer function which works well and so far the radiator is liquid tight and no leaks are apparent.

I also appreciate the cord storage, which keeps everything organized and out of the way.Safety FocusThe built-in overheat protection is a big plus, allowingt to use with confidence, knowing it won’t get too hot.Fast delivery and competitive pricingSuggested ImprovementsIt can be a bit noisy when it first starts heating. A quieter operation would make it perfect for nighttime use.

This is a lightweight electric radiator that looks like an old cast iron central heating radiator but it is built out of pressed steel and filled with oil. The power rating (measured) of this radiator was just under 3kW, so it would cost in the region of 75p per hour when heating. The radiator has a touch button panel for controlling the heating and it also has a remote control. The temperature is thermostatically controlled although you have to remember the thermostat is on the radiator which is going to be warmer than the surrounding room. The radiator is fitted with a tilt sensor so it will turn off if it falls over and it also has overheat protection. The radiator required minor assembly in that the wheel brackets needed fitting with four wing nuts and bolts without any tools. The radiator had been delivered and stored upside down so it made a few odd gurgling sounds as the oil settled inside.

This oil-filled heater is great. Heats up quickly, warms the room evenly, and is very quiet. The build feels solid, and it’s easy to move around thanks to the wheels. Overall, a reliable and efficient heater — definitely worth it for the winter months.

This is a review of Model 3904.A fairly compact and lightweight oil filled radiator type heater, certainly far lighter than the old style oil filled radiators I remember from many years ago.It does require the castors to be attached before use, a simple enough task only requiring the tightening of 4 wing nut headed bolts. The metal plates that the castors are attached to are wider than the radiator itself for the benefit of stability.I do find that when moving the heater around the castors don’t follow the direction of movement very well and thus tend to drag a little instead of rolling freely. This does affect the manoeuvrability and appears to be worse on hard floors than carpet. There is a carry handle at one end of the radiator, it seems like it would make sense to have a handle at both ends which would make carrying much better.Overall the radiator is well finished with a high gloss black coating. It is simple to operate, easy touch sensitive controls allow adjustment of the target temperature and heat mode (3 power levels plus eco mode). Once the target temperature has been reached the thermostat kicks in, the radiator regularly clicks on and off as needed. Eco mode goes a little further and also changes between the 3 power levels as the temperature rises. In theory this should provide a quick initial heat up time with a lower power consumption required to maintain the temperature. The addition of a timer is always useful and all of these functions can be adjusted from the handy little remote control. The radiator heats up quickly and seems to have a high output, the fins do get very hot indeed which needs to be considered if there are small children or pets around.

This is my second oil-filled heater, and it's way better than the last one, even though that one was pricier. This one's got this awesome "eco" program – it shuts off to the lowest setting once it hits your temp, and only kicks back up to full power if it gets too cold. With the old one, I had to do all that manually. Everything feels really solid and high-quality; even the cord is super tough.

This is a great little heater. I needed something to heat up my shed that had no elements and no naked flames and this is the one that I found. I need my shed to be at a constant temperature for some of my hobbies so I just plug this in and it works. It is compact enough not to take up too much space and the heat is consistent. I have not use the timer yet. I didn't need it to heat up too much just a reasonable temperature so cant speak to how hot it gets.

I can vouch for the Nyxi oil filled radiator, it's seriously easy to use (plug and play) and has a lot of good use cases as a result of the multiple power settings. Being able to set a timer on the unit is also a bonus as it's quite easy to forget that radiators are left on. This radiator is very impressive in terms of how quickly it can heat a room, it's able to take the edge off of my conservatory within minutes - saving me a fortune on my heating bill.Overall really great product with great value for money, I've probably saved the cost of this product on my heating bill. Highly recommended!

*Nyxi 11-Fin Oil Filled 2500W Heater Radiator with Remote Control – 3 Power Settings, LED Display, 24-Hour Timer, Safety Overheat Protection, Portable with Castor & Cord Storage (Black, Model 3904)*The heater arrived safely, boxed with a user guide and remote controller. It required simple and quick assembly, attaching the wheels.I like its slimline and compact design and black colour. Thanks to the castors, it is easy to move around and manoeuvre. It is really nice and narrow; the measurements are exactly as per the listing description. The wire is of a decent length and thickness, flexible, so it shouldn't be prone to damage. It is really straightforward to use.It has a nice display. It has 3 heating levels to choose from. I use it on the highest setting in a 20m² room.It warms up reasonably fast.Costing less than £60, it is well-designed, efficient, and effective, so I am happy with it.

The Nyxi 11-Fin Oil-Filled 2500W Heater (Model 3904) is an absolute game-changer for cold weather! Its sleek black design adds a modern touch to any room, and the portability with castor wheels makes it effortless to move around. The remote control and LED display are incredibly convenient, allowing me to adjust the settings without leaving my cozy spot. The three power settings provide excellent versatility, catering to different heating needs, while the 24-hour timer ensures I wake up to a warm room every morning. I also appreciate the built-in safety overheat protection, which gives me peace of mind when running the heater for extended periods.Despite its power, it operates silently, which is perfect for uninterrupted work or sleep. The cord storage feature keeps things tidy. I highly recommend this heater for anyone seeking a reliable, efficient, and stylish heating solution. Five stars, without a doubt!

We have been using a portable heater to heat up just a room whilst working at home rather than having the heating on. I have found that moving our current one between rooms is getting a bit tricky as it's heavy, but this Nyxi radiator is super light so wouldn't have the same problem; whilst starting to unpack it I honestly thought I had been sent the wrong thing. The black finish is sleek and looks fantastic. Once you've installed the wheels with some simple butterfly screws and set upright just plug it in and the simple to use controls come on. It is a physical rocker switch for the main power and then touch buttons to control the temperature, power output and set a timer. There's also a remote supplied to so all of the same things with ease. It took a little bit of playing around to be sure exactly what the controls were, but really it's very simple to operate. There is no smell from the heater when on and I love the cord holder to keep it tidy. It's a very handy little heater, perfect for taking the chill out of a room surprisingly quickly.

I ordered this 11-Fin Oil Filled 2500W Heater Radiator with Remote Control from the Amazon brand Nyxi. Its an oil-filled radiatior, with 11 fins, which means that it heats up pretty evenly and distributes the warmth in a measured, ongoing way. It also takes ages to cool down once warm so it just keeps on giving. And No hot and cold spots. I tend to put it on full blast for 20 minutes then dial it back down to 1000w, partly because the chill is off the room by then and party because a powerful heater like this one does eat up energy. But not as much as putting the full central heating on! The other good thing about oil heaters is that it is almost silent -no "small jet engine taking off" sound in the corner of the room!its quite a bit unit , it is heavy, but its got wheels to wheel it from room to room if desired. There's also a timer, top protection and a safety cut off feature giving you peace of mind in whatever you are doing.Oil heaters are not the cheapest sort out there but this one does compare favourably with others in its niche at £58.98.Factor in the running costs too, with at 2025 prices of approx 34p per kWh, it's 34p per hour on the lowest setting rising to about 850 per hour on full whack.I don't really use the remote control so I can't really comment on it to deeply. From where I stand, it's a hot contender. Five stars

Nyxi 11-Fin Oil Filled 2500W Heater Radiator with Remote ControlI have another branded oil-filled heater with the same specifications but slightly dearer. This heater functions just as well and has the bonus of an LED display and remote control. The heater heats up fast and will heat a medium-sized room relatively quickly. The thermostat works well, switching the heater off when it reaches the set temperature. The LED display is easy to use, and you can adjust the temperatures, set eco mode, and a timer. These oil-filled heaters are an excellent alternative to gas central heating and work just as well. The radiator continues to throw out heat for quite some time after switching off.The radiator has a handle on one side. They can get very hot, so be mindful of young children when positioning. The wheels are okay on the carpet, but for some reason, they aren't swivelling on my wood floor. This is the only downside, and in comparison to the benefits and price, a minor issue. They need to be attached to the base with the supplied 4x bolts/screws.The max temperature is 30 degrees, which I think is ample, but might not be suitable for some people.Overall, this radiator is excellent at heating a medium-sized room. It will also heat a large room, but this will take a little longer.

I work from home and my home office can get quite cold. Now instead of using the central heating which wastefully heats the whole downstairs, I use this portable radiator. It's been amazing for the few weeks that I've been using it, and a saviour especially as it's winter. It's stylish and fits in with my darker office theme so doesn't look a miss in the corner when not being used. It's extremely simple to setup, with the hardest part being screwing on the castor wheels which didn't require any tools and came with thumb screws. Once the wheels were screwed on, I plugged it in and it was ready to go. It comes with a remote that already has a battery in and is easy to understand and use.The radiator itself heats up fairly quickly, taking around a minute to get to full heat. There is a touch screen on the side of the radiator to adjust settings in case you've misplaced the remote. There is also a plastic handle on the side with the screen that doesn't get hot so can be used to move the radiator when it's hot.Overall I definitely recommend this radiator to someone in a similar position to mine who doesn't want to heat up large portions of their home when sitting in 1 room. The price point is great, and for the use it is getting I do not mind spending that on a quality product.

Heats up very fast gives off so much heat easy to attach castors …. Highly recommend! 🫶

Heats up well, remote works well, you can get it on eco mode so if you set it to 22 when the room drops below 22 it kicks in. Or you can leave it on 30 in normal mode and get the room really warm. Much more modern which is nice and it’s not bulky. Will purchase a second one for down stairs of my house.
