If you order before 1pm, your order will be dispatched the same day. We use a variety of couriers depending on the size, value and destination of your order including Royal Mail, myHermes, Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce.

We do not charge extra for delivery, no matter where you live in the UK, although express shipping is not always available to remote areas. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. You will have received a pre-paid postage label on your receipt please use this when returning goods.
